等离子体引发阳离子型高吸水性树脂的合成及性能
Synthesis and Property of Cationic Super Water-absorbing Resin by Plasma-induced Polymerization
【摘要】 采用低温等离子体引发水溶性单体甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯 (DM)盐酸盐及丙烯酰胺(AM)水溶液共聚合 ,制得了吸水率达 110 0g g、吸甲醇率达 46g g、吸乙二醇率达 137g g的高吸水性树脂。考察了聚合条件对树脂吸水性能的影响 ,得出最佳实验条件为 :后聚合时间 =174h ,放电时间 =30s ,放电功率 =10 0W ,w(DM +AM) =44 .0 % ,m(DM)∶m(AM) =4∶1
【Abstract】 A new super water absorbing resin was obtained from hydrochloride of N,N dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and acrylamide by plasma induced copolymerization at lower temperature in an aqueous solution.The resin had absorbency of 1110 g/g for deionized water,46 g/g for methanol and 137 g/g for glycol.The influence of polymerization conditions on water absorbing properties was investigated to get the optimum experimental conditions:the post polymerization time 174 h,the plasma duration time 30 s,the plasma discharge power 100 W,the monomer mass ratio m (DM)∶ m (AM)=4∶1 and the monomer mass fraction w(DM+AM)= 44.0%.
