9-乙基-3-咔唑亚甲基α-苯基-苯腙的合成
Synthesis of 9-Ethyl-3-carbazylidene-α-phenyl-phenylhydrazone
【摘要】 以咔唑和二苯胺为原料 ,经烷基化、甲酰化、亚硝基化、还原、缩合 5步反应合成了 9 乙基 3 咔唑亚甲基 α 苯基 苯腙 ,总收率 38 7%。产物结构由红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析进行了确认。在甲酰化反应中采用二甲基甲酰胺代替N 甲基甲酰苯胺为甲酰化试剂 ,具有无毒、价廉、易得等优点。该化合物作为一种电荷传输材料 ,在近红外区 ( 780nm)光半衰灵敏度为 4lx·s。
【Abstract】 Ethyl 3 carbazylidene α phenyl phenylhydrazone was synthesized by five step reactions.It is a novel charge transporting material,useful as organic photoreceptor compound.The structrures of the products were identified by IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis.This compound showed a high sensitivity in near infrared region and was used as layered type organic electro photographic photoreceptors.N Methylformanilide was replaced by dimethylformamide in formylation reaction.The merits are lower cost,non toxicity and easy availability.
