【摘要】 观察并测试了 Zr52.5Cu17.9Ni14.6Al10Ti5块体非晶在不同退火条件下的显微组织与力学性能,等温退火后可以得到尺寸约为 30—60nm金属间化合物相弥散分布在非晶基体上的混合结构、研究表明:块体非晶的压缩屈服强度为 1.66 GPa,断裂强度为 1.78 GPa,塑性约为 0.5%.等温退火后,材料强度随着析出纳米相的体积分数(V)的增加发生明显的变化, V=18%时为1.91 GPa, V=47%时为 2.02 GPa, V=76%为 1.40 Gps ;而塑性明显降低,晶化体积分数 V=47%时塑性已接近零.材料的力学性能随着析出纳米相的体积分数变化是由于不同的纳米相的体积分数范围决定着材料不同的变形及断裂方式

【Abstract】 Zr52.5Cu17.9Ni14.6Al10Ti5 bulk amorphous alloy with a diameter of 3 mm were annealed isothermally for 600 s at 673 K and 823 K, for 1500 s at 823 K, and for 3600 s at 723 K. The nanocrystal with a size of about 30-60 nm precipitates from amorphous matrix after annealing. The partially crystallized alloy exhibits higher fracture stress (1.91-2.02 GPa) and lower ductility (0.1%) than as-cast amorphous alloy (l.78 GPa, 0.5%). The reason for the variation of mechanical properties of the alloy with the crystallized volume fraction of nanocrystals is that different volume fractions of nanocrystals correspond to different deformation modes of the alloy. The good mechanical properties of the partially crystallized alloy which the crystallized volume fraction are less than 50% are attributed to the mixed microstructure of nanocrystals embedded homogeneously in the amorphous matrix.
