【摘要】 采用膨胀法测定了大型临氢容器用 3Cr 1Mo 1 /4V钢的CCT图 ,结果表明 :该钢具有高的淬透性。获得完全马氏体的临界冷却速度为 1 0℃ /s ;不发生先共析铁素体转变的临界冷却速度为 0 0 1 2℃ /s。组织分析表明 ,在 3～ 0 0 2℃ /s的冷却速度范围内均获得粒状贝氏体组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CCT diagrams of 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel have been determined by the method of expansion.The results show that the hardenability is very higher.The critical cooling rate that obtains whole martenite is 10℃/s.The critical cooling rate that does not occur pre-eutectoid ferrite is 0.012℃/s.The microstructure analyses show that the granular bainite is obtained at the range of cooling rate from 3℃/s to 0.02℃/s.更多还原
