热处理工艺对Bi系超导材料的性能及制备的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on Properties and Preparation in Bi-based Tape Superconductor
【摘要】 通过对液氮温区不超导的Bi系块状试样重轧和热处理 ,分析了热处理工艺对Bi系材料超导电性的影响。电阻—温度曲线和磁化率—温度曲线的测定结果 ,液氮温区不超导的块材可以通过重轧后热处理而具有超导电性 ,同时试样的 1 1 0K相含量有较大提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,rolling and heat treatment are applied to the Bi based bulk non superconductors,and the effect of heat treatment on the superconductivity is investigated.The samples testing results of R—T curves and χ—T curves indicate that with rolling and heat treatment,the non superconductor bulk can become tape superconductor,meanwhile,the percentage of 110K superconductor phase increases greatly.
