Fe/RE(Dy,Y)非晶多层膜的晶化方式及晶化温度

【摘要】 通过比较Fe/RE非晶多层膜中所有成分范围内非晶合金形成焓ΔHam与固溶体形成焓ΔHss得出 ,在ΔHam<ΔHss成分范围内的非晶与在ΔHam>ΔHss成分范围内非晶的晶化方式及晶化温度不同。这从理论上系统地解释了多层膜晶化为一个缓慢过程 ,没有确定的晶化温度。

【Abstract】 By means of comparison of the formation enthalpy of amorphous phase(ΔH am )to formation enthalpy of simple solid solutions(ΔH ss )within the whole composition range of Fe/Y,Fe/Dy multilayer,it has been found that crystallization mode and crystallization temperature are different in different composition range depend on whether(ΔH am )<(ΔH ss ) or (ΔH am )>(ΔH ss ) This result will systematically elucidate in theory that the crystallization of the multilayer made of single composition layers and amorphous alloy domains is a continuous process rather than an abrupt one,i e the crystallization temperature does not have a definite value
