原始组织结构对压缩变形制备超细晶钛合金的影响
Effect of Initial Microstructures on Formation of Uitrafine Grained Titanium Alloy by Compressive Deformation
【摘要】 研究了原始组织结构对压缩变形制备超细晶钛合金的影响。结果表明,具有淬火马氏体组织的TC11合金在650℃,65×10-4/s-1条件下压缩变形应变量达12后,就会获得等轴均匀的亚微米晶组织,平均晶粒尺寸约为021μm;单一的马氏体组织比两相交替分布的片层组织更有利于超细晶的形成,但原始组织结构的差异对最终形成的超细晶组织的晶粒尺寸几乎没有影响。
【Abstract】 The effect of the initial microstructures on the formation of ultrafine grained titanium alloy by compressive deformation was studied.It is shown that the submicron grained microstructure with grain size of 0 21μm can be obtained in TC11 alloy with the initial quenched martensite microstructure by compressive deformation at 650℃ and 6 5×10 -4 /s -1 for =1 2 The single martensite microstructure is more favorable for the formation of ultrafine grains than the lamellar microstructure with two phases distributed alternatively.However,the initial microstructures have little effect on the grain size of the finally obtained ultrafine grained microstructure.
