PP333,BA和IAA对“美人指”葡萄试管芽苗增殖和高生长的调控
Regulations of multiplication and high growth of Calmeria grape tube shoots by PP 333 ,BA and IAA
【摘要】 试验表明 ,BA对试管内“美人指”(Calmeria)葡萄芽苗增殖和高生长的影响均显著 ;IAA对芽增殖的苗影响不显著 ,而对高生长影响显著。在改良B5基本培养基附加 0 .5mg/L(下同 )BA和0 .0 5IAA的试验条件下 ,PP333对芽苗的增殖和高生长均有影响 ,且高生长影响大于增殖的影响。最佳增殖培养基为改良B5+BA 1.0 +IAA 0 .0 5+PP3331.0 ;高生长最佳培养基为改良B5+BA 0 .5+IAA 0 .1+PP3330 .5。
【Abstract】 Tests showed that BA notably influenced the multiplication and high growth of Calmeria grape tube shoots while IAA notably did the high growth other than the multiplication of tube shoots,and that on modified B 5 medium supplemented with 0 5 mg/L BA and 0 05 mg/L IAA,PP 333 influenced both multiplication and high growth of tube shoots,but did the latter more than the former.The best multiplication medium was concluded to be modified B 5 medium with 1 0 mg/L BA,0 05 mg/L IAA and 1 0 mg/L PP 333 ,the best high growth medium,to be modified B 5 medium with 0 5 mg/L BA,0 1 mg/L IAA and 0 5 mg/L PP 333 。 Authors’ address:Jiangsu Academy of Forestry,Jiangsu Nanjing 211153 China
