【摘要】 通过分析我国公路交通面临的特殊矛盾和相应的智能交通系统 (ITS)解决方案 ,提出现阶段我国ITS建设中需要正确处理的关键性问题

【Abstract】 Intelligent transportation system may bring a bright future to the modernization of global highway transportation. Some urgent problems must be settled appropriately according to the special highway transportation situation in China.
