并行工程中基于Web的夹具设计评价工具
Web-Based Fixture Design Evaluation Tool under Concurrent Engin eering
【摘要】 分析并行工程中计算机辅助夹具设计的需求 ,论述了零件可装夹性评价和夹具综合评价的评价指标 ,针对评价指标具有较强模糊性 ,提出了多专家模糊语义表达评价值的评价方法。利用动态网页开发技术 ,开发基于Web的夹具评价工具 ,使分布在异地的多学科专家通过互联网对夹具设计进行实时协同评价。
【Abstract】 The requirement of Computer Aided Fixture Design (CAFD) for concurrent engineering is analyzed, the fixturability of part and evaluati on index of fixture are discussed. Owing to the fuzzy characteristic of evaluati on index, an evaluating method which is used fuzzy semantic word to describe ev aluation value is presented. With Active Server Page technology , a new Web-bas ed fixture evaluati on tool is developed, multiple-expert which are in different areas can have acc ess to this tool to co-evaluate fixture design through Internet.
