荫罩式CRT校正透镜曲面设计与实现

【摘要】 校正透镜设计是荫罩式阴极射线管的关键技术和“瓶颈”技术 .校正透镜设计的传统方法是以多项式曲面为基础 ,当着屏误差分布不规则时 ,高次多项式曲面算法收敛性差的弊端就暴露出来 .校正透镜设计的本质是满足点及对应法矢这两个条件的光学曲面构造问题 ,不是单纯的离散点构造曲面问题 .基于“点法矢”曲面构造原理 ,提出了荫罩式阴极射线管校正透镜的孔斯曲面生成新算法 ,新算法收敛性好 ,设计实例表明新方案切实可行
【Abstract】 The polynomial surface modeling method for CRT correcting lens design is based on some special rules of mislanding, but it is not suitable to irregular mislanding because of probable divergence of the surface modeling algorithm. We apply “points and normals” surface modeling technology to construct Coons surface of correcting lens. New algorithm presented overcomes the defects of traditional method, and the effectiveness of the new approach has been validated.
