【摘要】 介绍了现代远程教育中的虚拟大学的一般概念和种种模式，分析了虚拟大学构建中的若干问题，提出了构建我国虚拟大学的程式，指出了“合作模式”将是我们的发展方向。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the concept and different kinds of modes of virtual university in modern distance education, analyzes the problems in construction of virtual university, presents the procedure of construction of virtual university in our country, and points out "cooperation mode " is the direction of development.
