【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Internet, E-mail,as an important media for transferring multimedia information, has been implied widely, and many enterprises also take E-mail as an important tool of exchanging information. However, at present, E-mail only has little loyal affection. Therefore, formal information exchange between companies such as contact, is based on fax.
