【摘要】 该文介绍了一种多子网ＩＰ／ＡＴＭ路由器的设计方案，给出了它的软件系统框架，提出了一种ＩＰ前传机制：ＩＰ流交换，提出了一种可适应非完全循环服务规则（ＡＩＣＳ）来减轻突发性流量对时延的影响，保证端到端ＱｏＳ需求，并利用计算机仿真对时延进行了性能分析．

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the design of an IP/ATM multiple sub-networks router.We elaborate its software architecture.We propose a new IP forwarding mechanism.the IP flow switch,and present adaptive incomplete cyclic service (AICs) algorithm of the router to alleviate the effect of burst traffic and guarantee the end-to-end QoS requiremeds of applications.The performance of the router using AICS is presented by computer emulation.
