【摘要】 介绍了广州电信局客户服务中心平台的设计，包括系统结构、三层客户／服务器结构、主要计算机系统及网络设备选择、系统可靠性和安全性设计。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the design of Guangzhou Telecommunications Bureau Client Server Center, including system structures, three layer Client/Server structures, the choosing of main computer systems and network devices, the designs of reliability and security.
