【摘要】 结合水路运输管理网络系统的具体实例，阐述了水路运输管理网络系统的设计与实现方法，并详细介绍了网络系统规划、设备选型、网络管理、应用开发与功能特点。

【Abstract】 This article explains the design and Anplementation scheme of the water carriage manage system based on Client/Server structure by an instance,then illuminates the network layout,device electotype, development and the functions of the system.
