【摘要】 介绍了智能网的概念及相应的结构，给出了一个业务提供点的设计和开发方案，并详细叙述了其中一些关键技术，列出核心代码。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we concisely introduce the conception of intelligent Network and some of its feature, show a design and development scheme of SPP, and offer some pivotal technique Of this scheme with core codes.
