逆变电源用纳米微晶软磁铁芯
Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Alloys for Inverter Cores
【摘要】 介绍了一种FeNbCuSiB纳米微晶合金铁芯 ,这种铁芯具有低损耗、低剩磁和高磁导率等优良磁性能。介绍了两种铁芯保护装置能有效地散热 ,同时介绍了铁芯的热稳定性和逆变电源变压器的设计要求。这种铁芯适用于 2 0~ 10 0kHz下的各种高频大功率电源变压器。
【Abstract】 High power inverter cores made of nanocrystalline FeNbCuSiB alloy are introduced. The new cores show excellent properties, such as low core loss and high permeability. The heat produced by the core can easily be sent out by new cases. The new cores can be applied in various high frequency and power main transformers under 20~100kHz.
