羟基聚磷酸钙钠骨细胞界面形态
Biocompatibility of hydroxyl polycalcium sodium phosphate in vitro
【摘要】 研究一种新的骨替代材料──羟基聚磷酸钙钠骨细胞界面形态,评价其生物相容性。方法:采用体外细胞培养技术,选用SD乳鼠颅顶骨成骨细胞,从光镜和扫描电镜两个层面观察细胞和材料之间的相互关系。结果:随着培养时间的延长,细胞在材料表面的密度增加,未见细胞死亡。细胞以锚状结构牢固地附着于材料的表面,并分泌细胞外基质,覆盖并完全包裹材料颗粒。结论:羟基聚磷酸钙能早期形成骨性结合界面,具有良好的生物相容性,可望成为一种新的具有应用前景的骨替代材料。
【Abstract】 Aim: To evaluate the osteocompatibility of Hydroxyl polycalcium sodium phosphate (HP). Methods: The isolated rat osteoblasts from the parietal and frontal bones of 1 -3d SpragueDawley were inoculated onto HP tablets. The interface between biomaterial and osteoblasts was studied with light and electron scanning microscopic levels. Results: Osteoblasts were attached closely on the surface of biomaterial with an arched structure and had normal morphology. The extracellular collagenous matrixs covered the surface of biomaterial and packed the granules of biomaterial. Conclusion: Hydroxyl polycalcium sodium phosphate can form osteointerface early and have a good biocompatibility.
