自由基在胆色素结石形成中的作用

【摘要】 目的 :我们通过结扎犬胆总管 ,制成胆总管不全梗阻的动物模型 ,以探讨自由基在胆色素结石形成中的作用。方法 :2 0只成年雄犬随机分成三组 ,对照组 (C) ,手术组 (S) ,药物组 (M) ;第一次手术结扎胆总管 ,术后 M组用含维生素 E、维生素 C的食物喂养 ,其他组普通饮食。 14d后 2次手术 ,分别检测成石率、胆囊容积、胆总管直径 ,比较胆汁成份及测定糖蛋白 (GRMP)含量 ,观察各组过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,过氧化脂质 (L PO)的变化 ,测定胆汁及胆泥中自由基信号 (EPR) ,同时对每只犬术前及术后胆汁进行需氧菌及厌氧菌鉴定。结果 :与胆色素结石 (PS)形成有关的 U CB、Ca 两项指标 ,S组及 M组明显高于 C组 ,而 M组成石率却低于 S组。且检测与自由基相关的 SOD、L PO及 EPR等指标。结论 :在胆色素结石形成中有自由基的参与 ,并且证明自由基清除剂在抑制胆色素结石的形成过程中所起的作用

【Abstract】 Objective The model of pigment gallstone (PS) were made through ligaturing dogs general bileduct for researching the relation between free radicals and PS.Method Twenty mongrel male dogs were randomly divided in to three groups:a control group(C),a surgical group(S),a medical group(M).The rate of PS formation,cholecystic volume and bileduct’s diameter were mesured respectively.Examing the componet of bile (TBr,Ibr,Ca )and the volum of glucoprotein,lipid peroxide(LPO).Super oxide dismutase(SOD)observing the change of EPR in bile and bilemud.The identification of aerobic and anaerobic bactreia were performed.Results This study surgests that gallstones formation following general bileduct obstruction is closely related to the produce of transfer to the certain composition of bilemud from bile.So it was transformed from the non seabillized state to the stable,may exise long term.Conclusion The truth of Vitamini E.C to be "elimination" of the free radicals,it may restrain of PS.In addition PS is related to infection butit don’t play absolutly a part in.
