【Abstract】 The management status of timber processing factory was investigated in the paper. Under market economy circumstance, the characteristics and reasons of problems existed in timber processing factory were analyzed. To solve these problems, some suggestions to timber processing industry, such as the system of manager responsibility in their tour of duty, general programming and overall arrangement in factory distribution, enhancing supervisors’ accomplishment, increasing investment in infrastructure, were put forward.更多还原
