【Abstract】 A new amperometric enzyme sensor has been produced based on ionic self assembly technique. The assembly process was monitored by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy on quartz slides. The diffusing mediator methylene green (MGH) as electron shuttle in a solution was able to transfer electrons successfully between the active center of the immobilized HRP and the electrode surface. The enzyme electrode was sensitive to the reduction of hydrogen peroxide.更多还原
