在固体基质表面制备具有催化活性的含酶分子多层膜
Fabrication of Multilayer Film with Catalytic Activity on the Solid Substrate Surface
【摘要】 在固体基质表面自组装一层功能分子层 ,通过静电相互作用 ,将辣根过氧化物酶( HRP)与双吡啶盐 ( Py C6 BPC6 Py)交替沉积 ,制得多层酶电极 .用紫外可见光谱法跟踪石英基片上的组装过程 .详细描述多层膜电极以亚甲绿 ( MGH)为电子中继体的电化学行为 ,并研究此传感器对过氧化氢的电催化还原反应
【Abstract】 A new amperometric enzyme sensor has been produced based on ionic self assembly technique. The assembly process was monitored by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy on quartz slides. The diffusing mediator methylene green (MGH) as electron shuttle in a solution was able to transfer electrons successfully between the active center of the immobilized HRP and the electrode surface. The enzyme electrode was sensitive to the reduction of hydrogen peroxide.
