【摘要】 针对湿法选煤生产的煤泥滤饼 ,提出将其定量破碎后施以穿流干燥 ,以此调整其块度和水分 ,满足商品动力煤的质量要求 ,再与之掺配售出 ,进而高效益、大批量地解决选煤厂煤泥产品的出路问题。并从理论上分析了穿流干燥作业恒速与降速干燥阶段的影响因素 ,简要介绍了通过中间试验和工业试验对碎干工艺的研究更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study the slime filter cake that is derived from wet preparation process is crushed quanlititively to regulate the size and dried out moisture content at first stage. Then ccording to the quality standard of commodity steam coal it may combine with steam coal for sale.Therefore the large quantity slimes can be sold as a market product. The influence factors of uniform speed and approach speed drying stage in pass through drying process were analyzed in terms of theory. The pilot plant and commercial experiment of crushing and drying process are introduced briefly.更多还原
