【摘要】 贵州是我国贫困人口集中 ,贫困面积大 ,贫困程度深的省份之一。由于喀斯特生态环境特点和历史原因 ,人均耕地面积小 ,水资源利用率低 ,农业单产水平低下 ,土地利用不充分 ,生态系统稳定性差。如果仍保持目前的资源利用效率 ,要保持今后经济的持续发展和改善不断增长的人口的生存和发展条件是不可能的。根据贵州省省情 ,应走资源高效集约利用的道路 ,农业资源高效集约利用的主要途径是 :①以提高土地生产能力为核心的土地资源的高效利用 ;②以集水和节水为主的水资源的高效利用 ;③以农业产业化为核心的增加农业资源利用效益 ;④以农业资源的合理配置为核心的资源持续利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guizhou is one of poor provinces where poor population concentrates,poor area is wide and the degree of poor is profound.For features of the karst ecological environment and historical factors,per capita arable land area is small,fresh water resources utilization efficiency is low,the level of agricultural output is not high the use of land is not full,the stability of ecosystem is poor.It is impossible to maintain constant economic growth and provide unceasingly improved living and development conditions. According to the general condition of Guizhou Province,it is relatively more realistic to use resources in a high effective way.The mostly approach of the high efficient intensivism utilization of agricultural resources should be: 1)high efficient utilization of land resources aiming at raising the productive capabilities of land;2)high efficient utilization of water resources aiming at catchment and more economical irrigation;3)gaining high efficient utilization of agricultural resources aiming at agro-industrialization;4) resources sustainable utilization aiming at agricultural resources rational allocation.更多还原
