【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the design plan of the linear reducer and provide the evidence to select the rack tooth form parameters of this kind of transmission, some problems about pressure angle of straight push rod linear reducer are discussed The moving gear shelf,the densely covered tooth rack and the sparsely covered tooth rack are respectively used as fixation device A calculation method of the mechanical pressure angle and its equations are also proposed A concept of phase distance of push rod and methods for calibrating the mechanical pressure angle are presented as well The illustration calculation shows that the methods proffered are simple and feasible更多还原
