人体半导体激光外照射的疗效及其作用机理研究——血浆肽类神经递质及其与免疫,血粘度,抗氧化等活性的相关观察
A Study on the Effects & Mechanism Affected by the Irradiation of Diode Laser——the Relationship Between the Human Plasma Peptide Transmitter and the Activitives of the Immunity, Viscosity and Antioxidation
【摘要】 本工作应用半导体激光 ( 650 nm,1 5~ 2 0 m W,CW)穴位照射人体双侧“扶突”穴后 ,同步观察其在血浆肽类神经递质上的变化以及其在血液黏度 ,免疫功能 ,抗氧化体系等方面的影响及其相关性。结果发现βEp有非常显著性的下降 ( P<0 .0 2 ) ,患者的 NK细胞活性 ,在照射后即有所显著性地提高 ( P<0 .0 5)。患者的超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)亦有同步增加 ( P<0 .0 5)。此外在血液流变学方面 ,发现血粘度指标中有低切和红细胞压积等 ,有着非常显著性的降低 ,分别为 ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 0 1 )。这些结果充分提示 :半导体激光 ( 650 nm,1 5~ 2 0 m W,CW)穴位照射人体特定穴位后 ,可以显著性地提高机体的免疫防御能力 ,同步增加机体的抗自由基的能力 ,减少机体或细胞的损伤。由于能迅速降低血粘度 (低切 )又可显著降低红细胞压积 ,故又能促进血液流通 ,改善机体或局部的血供和营养状态。所以是一种既无损伤又具良好疗效的临床应用的辅助治疗手段。作者对其机理亦作了简短的讨论。
【Abstract】 The relationships on LEnk and βEp with the activities of N.K.cell,SOD and blood viscosity were observed by the diode laser(650nm,15~20mW,CW)irradiation on human body. After irradiation the results showed that the plasma level of βEp was decreased significantly(P<0 02), Plasma level of SOD was increased significantly (P<0 005).And the activity of N.K.cell was increased(P<0 05). In the blood viscosity there were only decreased on Low Tangent(P<0 05) and very significantly on RBC Press Volume(P<0 005). All of them it showed a curative effect which was performed after the irradiation of diode laser. So it is a very good choice on clinical treatment. A brief discussion was presented.
