【摘要】 本文从应用的角度分析并论述了涂附磨具静电植砂装置的工作过程，并提出了一种可有效提高植砂效率的新型电极。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the working processes of the set for coating grinding tools in electrostatic sand- planting technology, providing a new kind of pole-plate to improve the efficiency of the sand-planting effectively.
