【摘要】 本文探讨了面向并行工程的产品开发过程管理的一般方法 ,提出了过程管理的一些基本概念 ,研究并总结了企业技术文档签审流程与更改流程的一般模式

【Abstract】 This paper researches the general meanings in the procedure of product development under the requirements of CE; advances some basic concepts of procedure management; and points out the current models of CR and CM in the enterprise.
