牛短期育肥及牛肉分割测定试验研究

【摘要】 本文选择 1 6头 1 8月龄体重约 30 0 kg的西杂牛 (1 0头 )和夏杂牛 (6头 )公牛 ,进行为期 3个月的育肥试验 ,结果表明两种杂交组合的牛日增重平均可达 1 .1 kg,均适宜于高档牛肉生产。

【Abstract】 Ten Simmental hybrids and six Charolais hybrids were fattened in this experiment, The results showed that they have 1.1 kilo daily gain and can be used for high standard beef production.
