【Abstract】 With the thrive of cyber economy the development of cyber bank becomes inreversible. Traditional banking are renovated by use of Internet and Intranet technology in developed country. The author studies the features of cyber bank, analyzes the influence of cyber bank on the banking in China, and considers that the development of cyber bank is no challenge more than opportunity.
