【Abstract】 There are many problems in feasibility researches in the process of transforming technological fruits and rebuilding technology. A typical example is “feasible project is infeasible” but “infeasible one is feasible”. So this paper analyzes the unreasonable phenomena and proposes some advice for reference.更多还原
