光化法合成液体端羟基聚异戊二烯
Preparation of Hydroxyl Terminated Polyisoprene by Photopolymerization
【摘要】 通过光化法合成端羟基聚异戊二烯 (HTPI) ,考察了溶剂的种类、聚合反应时间、引发剂过氧化氢用量、单体浓度、光敏剂种类及用量等因素对聚合物的相对分子质量、分子量分布、平均官能度及转化率的影响。实验表明 ,光化法合成HTPI较合适的反应条件为 :用乙醇作溶剂 ,过氧化氢质量体积浓度 30~ 50g/L ,单体浓度 3.5~ 4 .0mol/L ,温度 ( 30± 2 )℃、反应时间 11h。产物的相对分子质量可达 950~ 10 0 0 ,分子量分布分散系数约为 1.2 ,平均官能度为 2 .0左右。添加光敏剂可提高单体转化率 ,浓度以 0 .3mol/L为宜。转化率最高可达 75%。
【Abstract】 The liquid hydroxyl terminated polyisoprene (HTPI) was synthesized by the photopolymerization with hydrogen peroxide as initiator.The effects of solvent category,reactive time,and concentrations of the initiator,monomer and photosensitizer on the molecular weight and the dispersion coefficient,average functionality of the product and the percent conversion were discussed.The results show that to synthesize the HTPI with M n about 980,it is appropriate that react 11 h at 30℃,ethanol as solvent,concentrations of hydrogen peroxide,isoprene and photosensitizer are 30~50 g/L,3.5~ 4.0 mol/L and 0.3 mol/L,respectively.The product has narrow molecular weight distribution,the average functionality is near to 2.0.The percent conversion is up to 75% with the use of photosensitizer.
