CeO2对激光熔敷合金层组织和腐蚀磨损性能的影响
Influence of CeO2 on Microstructure and Corrosion Wear Behavior of Laser Remelted Alloy Coating
【摘要】 用 X射线衍射仪、SEM、TEM和电子探针研究了稀土氧化物 Ce O2 对 Ni6 0 - WC激光熔敷层的相结构、显微组织以及腐蚀磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,Ni6 0 +2 0 % WC+0 .5 % Ce O2 熔敷层的抗腐蚀磨损性能最好。
【Abstract】 By using X ray、 SEM、 TEM and EPA analysis techniques, not only influences of rare earth oxide CeO 2 on the main phase structure and microstructure, but also corrosion wear behavior were investigated systematically for the laser remelted alloy coatings of Ni60 WC. The experimental results showed that Ni60+20 %WC+0.5 %CeO remelted coating present the best corrosion wear resistance in those investigated coatings.
