激子动力学方法模拟GaAs(110)面恒高模式STM图像
Height-constant GaAs(110) surface STM images simulated by the method of exciton dynamics
【摘要】 应用激子动力学方法通过计算机模拟了GaAs(110)面扫描隧道显微镜(STM)恒高模式图谱,并研究了在不同隧道偏压下图谱的变化状况.模拟结果表明,隧道偏压在0.01~0.09 V范围,恒高模式STM图像分辨率随隧道偏压的增加而提高.但它们间的函数关系较为复杂.
【Abstract】 Hight constant GaAs(110) surface Scanning Tunneling M icroscopy images were simulated by the method of exciton dynamics in the range o f voltages 0.01~0.09 V, the bigger the voltage is, the higher the space resoluti on of the image is. The relationship between the resolusion and the voltages is very complex.
