【摘要】 探究海洋低温碱性蛋白酶的刺激性 ,并为其应用提供实验依据。作者应用新西兰大耳白兔 ,以 4 0 %、2 0 %和 5‰浓度的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶进行皮肤急性刺激试验 ,5‰海洋低温碱性蛋白酶的皮肤多次刺激性试验 ,1‰的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶的兔角膜刺激性试验 ,评价其安全性。结果表明 ,5‰和 2 0 %海洋碱性蛋白酶单次应用实验皮肤未出现红斑和水肿 ,对皮肤无刺激性。 4 0 %海洋低温碱性蛋白酶液对皮肤有中度刺激性。皮肤病理学显示 5‰的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶液未见皮肤的慢性刺激反应 ,皮肤结构完整、层次清晰。 1‰的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶液对兔眼亦无刺激性更多还原

【Abstract】 To further study the irritation of marine low temperature alkaline proteinase and provide experimental data for its utilization. The safety of marine low temperature alkaline proteinase was evaluated by acute and chronic dermal irritation and acute eye irritation on rabbits. The results show that the skin experiment with marine low temperature alkaline proteinase (5‰,20%) dont cause swollen and redness of the skin. It has no irritation effect on the skin. The marine low temperature alkaline proteinase (40%) has middle irritation on the skin. Pathologic study shows that no chronic irritation effect of marine low temperature alkaline proteinase(5‰)on the skin has been found. The 1‰ solution for marine low temperature alkaline proteinase has no accute irritation effect on the eye.更多还原
