【摘要】 目的 :开发利用新的优质黄芪品种。方法 :以正品蒙古黄芪为已知对照 ,对新疆阿克苏黄芪对小鼠免疫功能进行研究。结果 :阿克苏黄芪能提高正常及免疫低下小鼠的非特异免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫功能 ,对免疫低下小鼠的特异性体液免疫功能具有明显对抗作用。结论 :经统计处理 ,二者对上述免疫功能的影响未发现显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develop and make use of Astragalus species of new and top quality. METHODS:Mongu astragalus(A.membranceus Bge.Var mongholicus,I) is used as the known control object to conduct the experiment study on the Aksuen astragalus(A.aksuensis,Ⅱ) on immunologic function of mice. RESULTS:The result shows that Aksuen astragalus can increase nonspecific and specific cell mediated immunity of normal and hypoimmune mice, and a clear resistance to specific humoral immunologic function with hypoimmune mice. CONCLUSION:After the statistical comparison of the two astragalusⅠⅡ, no distinct difference is found in the above mentioned immunologic function ( P>0.05).更多还原
