【摘要】 [目的 ]了解慢性病的患病情况、易感人群和主要危险因素。 [方法 ]采用随机分层抽样对 30岁以上常住人口进行入户调查。 [结果 ]高血压、高血脂、冠心病的现患率分别为 10 .1%、7.9%、5 .5 % ;吸烟、咸食、缺少体育锻炼、肥胖与超重的比例分别为 33.2 %、2 1.5 %、5 1.3%、31.3%。 [结论 ]高血压、高血脂等是三明市城镇居民的主要慢性病 ;吸烟、缺少体育锻炼等是主要危险因素。加强健康教育、开展控烟与防治高血压是示范点的重点干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To study the prevalence and behavioral risk factors for chronic diseases in Sanming City. [Methods] The adults aged >30 years were investigated with stratified sampling. [Results] The prevalence of hypertension, hyperlipemia and coronary heart disease (CHD) were 10.1%, 7.9% and 5.5% respectively. The rates of smoking, diet with hyper salt, no leisure time physical activities and overweight were 33.2%, 21.5%, 51.3% and 31.3% respectively. [Conclusion] Hypertension, hyperlipemia and CHD are main chronic diseases in Sanming and smoking and no leisure time physical activities are main risk factors. Health education, stop smoking and hypertension control are the major intervention measures.更多还原
