【Abstract】 The ocean pollution is a result of the system coupling of the coastal zone economy and the sea area environment. Its prevention and control must have the sea and land integrated, and combine the systems of economy and environment. Based on this, the article elaborates the chain occurring system of the coastal zone pollution, through fuzzy olymerization, divides the near shore area of the Yellow Sea in China into five region types, and puts forward the active regulation and control measure of the nearshore ocean pollution such as sea and land integration, zone control and regulation,etc.更多还原
