【摘要】 目的 提高对前列腺脓肿的认识。方法 报告 4例 (平均年龄 47.5岁 )，都有详细的临床资料、实验室和影像学检查记载，并复习文献。结果 4例都有比较典型的临床症状和体征， 2例静脉肾盂造影显示膀胱颈受压的间接征象， B超和 CT均清楚显示了前列腺的肿大、脓腔的低回声区和低密度区，经直肠和会阴部穿刺脓肿切开引流治疗各 2例。结论 前列腺脓肿比较容易诊断，尽早行脓肿穿刺切开引流治疗，效果相当满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance understand to the prostatic abscess.Methods 4 cases(mean age 47.5 years old)of prostatic abscess confirmed by clinical manifestation and imaging examination were studied,and the literature about the disease were reviewed.Results All patients had typical clinical symptoms and signs.Indirect sign of cervix vesicae pressed of 2 cases were found by intravenous pyelography.Swelling of prostate was showed by B－ ultrasonography and CT.Puncture and drainage of abscess via rectum or perineum were performed on patients.Conclusion Prostatic abscess is easy to diagnose,and should be performed puncture and drainage as soon as possible,and get good result.更多还原
