侧插自焙电解槽技术条件优化的探讨
DISCUSSION ON TECHNOLOGY CONDITION OPTIMIZATION OF SIDE-INSERT SODERBERG ELECTRIC CELL
【摘要】 通过对42KA电解槽在技术条件如:槽电压、铝水平、炉膛内型、电解质分子比、阳极效应系数、漏电等方面的探讨,从理论和实践方面,简要分析了如何通过保持最佳的技术条件而取得降低成本,增加企业经济效益的目的。
【Abstract】 The paper discussed 42KA electric cell technical condition such as cell voltage,Aluminium level,hearth construction,electrolyte molecule ratio,anode effect coefficient,leakage,then how to keep the optimum technical condition so as to achieve the aim of cost reduction and increasing economy efficient was analyzed from the theory and the practical.
