8-Cl-cAMP对人恶性胶质瘤TJ899细胞c-myc基因表达的影响

【摘要】 目的：观察８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ对人恶性胶质瘤ＴＪ899ＸＬＥＱ　ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达的影响。方法：体外分组培养ＴＪ899细胞，采用原位杂交方法观察实验组和对照组ＴＪ899细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达情况。结果：加８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ的实验组较不加８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ的对照组ＴＪ899细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达降低。结论：８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ可下调ＴＪ899细胞 ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of 8-Cl-cAMP on the expression of c-myc gene in human malignant gliomatosis TJ899 cells.Meth- ods:TJ899 cells were cultured in vitro,the expression of c-myc gene wre studied by in situ hybridization.Results:The expression of c-myc gene in the experimential group which added 8-Cl-cAMP was weaker than that in the control group which no 8-Cl-cAMP added. Conclusion:8-Cl-cAMP could suppress the gene expression of c-myc in YJ899 cells.
