【摘要】 用叶碟法和食料混药法就瑞香狼毒 Stellera chamaejasme L .根乙醇提取物 (简称 SCEE)对菜粉蝶等多种昆虫的生物活性进行了测定 .SCEE对菜粉蝶 5龄幼虫的胃毒作用 48h的 L D5 0 为 1 2 .32 μg/头 ;当 SCEE质量浓度分别为 5 ,1 0 ,5 0 ,2 .5 m g/ m L时 ,7d后菜粉蝶幼虫、亚洲玉米螟幼虫、斜纹夜蛾幼虫、小菜蛾幼虫的校正死亡率分别为 1 0 0 % ,6 5 .5 2 % ,1 6 .6 7%和 31 .0 3% ;SCEE对桃蚜 48h的 L C5 0 值为 0 .5 992 m g/ m L,表明 SCEE对菜粉蝶幼虫、亚洲玉米螟幼虫、桃蚜具有很强的生物活性 ;而 SCEE对斜纹夜蛾幼虫、小菜蛾幼虫的生物活性弱更多还原

【Abstract】 Bioactivities of SCEE (extraction of root of Stellera chamaejasme with ethanol by dip) to pests were tested by using disc leaf and mixture pesticide . LD 50 (lethal dosage causing 50% mortality rate) of SCEE to the 5th larvae of Pieris rapae was 12.32 μg/larvae within 48 hours.When the treatment concentration of SCEE at 5, 10, 50, and 2.5 mg/mL for the larvaes of Pieris rapae, Ostrinia furnacalis, Plutella xylostella , and Spodoptera litura , the corrected mortality were 100%, 65.52% , 16.67% and 31.03% respectively within 7 days after treatment. LC 50 (lethal concentration causing 50% mortality rate) of SCEE to Myzus persicae was 0.599 2 mg/mL within 48 hours. The results showed that SCEE possessed strong bioactivities to Pieris rapae , Ostrinia furnacalis and Myzus persicae but weak biactivities to Spodoptera litura and Plutella xylostella .更多还原
