【Abstract】 The sterols of foliage were extracted and separated with petroleum ether.From tabacco a new effective method was proposed with which sterols of foliage of tobacco were analyzed with gas chromatography,then β sitosterol was determined by the method.The method has high accuracy and good reproducibility.更多还原
