Ti-Fe合金中温转变的研究
Study on Mid-temperature Transformation in Ti-Fe Alloy
【摘要】 Ti-Fe合金是宇航机械常用材料 .运用多种手段对 Ti-Fe合金中温转变的特征进行了分析 ,表明 :中温转变产物为贝氏体 ,是 hcp结构 ;相变形成的表面浮凸与马氏体表面浮凸相似 ,具有不畸变平面应变特征 ;相变过程中 ,Fe原子发生明显扩散 ;Ti-Fe合金中温转变是以 Fe原子扩散控制的切变型相变 .
【Abstract】 Ti Fe alloy is normal material used for astronautic machinery.This paper investigates the feature of mid temperature transformation in Ti Fe alloy by using many methods.The results show that the product of mid temperature transformation is bainite with hcp structure,with feature of non distorted plane strain;that bainiic surface relief is similar to martensitic one;that Fe atom diffuses obviously during transformation;and that mid temperture transformation of Ti Fe alloy is shear transformation controlled by diffusion of Fe atom.
