【摘要】 回顾分析了 6 2例白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术的疗效及并发症的防治 .结果表明 :术后随访矫正视力≥ 0 .5以上者 4 6例 ,占 74 .19% ;0 .1～ 0 .4者 14例 ,占 2 2 .58% ;<0 .1者 2例 ,占 3.2 3% ;并发症有瞳孔变形移位 18例 ,占 2 9.0 3% ,后囊混浊 6例 ,占 9.6 7% ,较少的为角膜持续水肿、黄斑囊样变性等 .瞳孔变形及移位的因素是多方面的 ,应重视术中、术后多个环节的防治 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The author reviews and analyses the curative effects of 62 cases of cataract ext racapsular extraction united artificial lens implantation and the prevention and cure to its complication.The results after operation follow-up show that:the cases of corrected visual acuity (CVA)≥0.5 are 46(make up 74.19% of the 62 cases );and that of CVA between 0.1～0.4 are 14(make up 22.58% of 62 cases); and that of CVA<0.1 are 2(make up 3.23% of 62 cases).The results also show that the comp lication include the pupil deformation and shift (18 out of 62 cases),posterior caps ular opacity(6 out of 62 cases) etc.The reasons for the pupil deformation and sh ift are in many aspects.So a great attention must be paid to the prevention and cure in many sides during operation and after operation.更多还原
