表面活性剂增感原子吸收法测定空气中镁及其化合物
Determining the Content of Micro-Magnesium Air by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry of Surfactant Enhancement
【摘要】 在用空气———乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定空气中镁时 ,在试液中加入一种阳离子表面活性剂 (十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 ) ,可以使镁的吸光度增加 ,从而利用这种增感效应降低了特征浓度 ,提高了分析灵敏度 ,即可简便、准确地测定样品中的痕量镁。
【Abstract】 When we detecte the content of magnesium by airethynyl flame atomic absorption spectrometry,adding some a-SAA cetyltrimethylammanium bromide to test solution,the absorbence is increased.By this enhance-ment effect the characteristic concentration is decreased and the sensitivity is in creased,therefore the trace magnesium in sample can be simplely and conveniently and accurately detected
