【摘要】 本文主要针对目前国债规模与结构中存在的问题进行探讨 ,并提出意见和建议 ,使其在我国社会主义经济建设中发挥更重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Alstract based on the analysis of the problems in the scale and structure of our national delt, the related secommendation is given, which can be advisable for the construction of socialist economy.
