用超声喷雾热分解法制备二氧化锡薄膜
SnO2 thin film by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
【摘要】 以二氯化锡为原料,乙醇和水为溶剂,铝片为基片,空气为载气和氧气源,基片的温度控制在400℃,用超声喷雾热解的方法,直接得到二氧化锡的薄膜,对影响薄膜形成的条件(主要是雾化速度、载气流速、基片的温度、雾化液浓度和溶剂的比例)进行了研究,使用X-射线衍射对薄膜进行了表征,并用SEM对膜的表面进行了观测。
【Abstract】 The tin dioxide (SnO2)thin film was prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using tin dicholoride as a starting component, the mixture of ethyl alcohol and water was used as solvents, aluminum plates as the substrates, air as a carrier gas and the oxygen source, the temperature of the substrate was controlled at 400℃.
