非天然L-3-氨基-4-甲基戊酸盐酸盐的合成

【摘要】 以天然Ｌ－缬氨酸为原料，经氨基保护，重氮化反应，再进行Ｗｏｌｆｆ重排，脱保护基得到Ｌ－３－氨基－４－甲基戊酸盐酸盐，其结构经核磁共振氢谱，红外光谱和元素分析得到确证。

【Abstract】 Using natural L valine as starting material,through amino protection,Arndt Eistert reaction,Wolff rearrangement and protective group’s cleavage, L 3 amino 4 methylvaleric acid hydrochloride was synthesised and identified by 1H NMR spectra,IR spectra and elementary analysis.
