飞机发动机零部件结构完整性的概率R6评定

【摘要】 从飞机发动机零部件的结构完整性问题出发 ,以概率 R6结构完整性评定为重点论述了结构完整性评定方法。结果表明 :运用概率 R6评定方法不仅能较准确地描述评定对象的结构完整性状态 ,而且可以定量地分析不同参数对结构完整性的影响 ,并据此制定出切实可行的结构完整性保障措施。同时针对飞机发动机零部件结构完整性评定中应着重解决的问题阐述了作者的观点

【Abstract】 Presenting the urgent requirements for structural integrity assessment of aircraft engine components first, this paper discussed the methodology of assessment for structural integrity with emphasis on probabilistic R6 method. It was indicated that the probabilistic R6 method could not only describe more accurately the integrity status of assessed structures, but also evaluate the relative importance of different factors for structural integrity. An efficient and economical measure aimed to maintain a high integrity status could be proposed based on the evaluation. Finally, some critical suggestions were issued for successful implementation of structural assessment methodology on aircraft engine components.
